Boots Randolph Review March 11, 2009 Charles S. Pittman (Miami, FL United States) Had been looking for Yakety Sax (also known as the Benny Hill Show Theme) for a while, but I wanted the original artist's performance. With a quick internet search I was able to obtain the artist's name and then order the cd. Thank you very much. It is new and in perfect condition.
Mom: Your kids will love it! February 15, 2008 R. Brown (Spokane, Washington, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My mother had this LP back in the 60's, and I could not get enough of it as a boy between the ages of 4-10. It is trully unique--like Herb Albert's Tijuana Brass was in that era. Both artists manifest the breadth of traditional brass instruments, beyond the "classical". Nothing is for everyone, of course, but if you introduce it early enough, before they come to believe EVERY musical sound is electronic, you might plant a seed for a richer musical education, or even inspire an artist.

This CD was on a Christmas list for a family member, he said he truly enjoyed it. And it was so easy to find on Amazon.
What you see is what you get November 14, 2006 iammi (Austin, TX United States) Nice cd with some of the best of Boots. If you're a cw fan, you'll probably like it even more since several cuts are definitely cw.
Pretty good July 17, 2006 wikyups (Somewhere USA) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
It has the music the vynyl had although my memory has more depth of sound in the vynyl. I'd rather have it than not.
