John Crocombe (Townsville, Queensland, Australia)
Very easy listening music that is a credit to the two players. Their playing blends together seamlessly.

5 out of 5 stars must have   June 18, 2010

This is the one. Every guitar player, regardless of genre needs this cd. Seriously. The tunes are unforgettable, and the playing absolutely inspired.

5 out of 5 stars Guitar players beware...   May 27, 2010
Rod Chatfield (San Jose, CA USA)
This CD will either 1) inspire you to work on your chops. Or 2) Quit the guitar all together. Great CD from some great players.

4 out of 5 stars The young, Tommy Emanuel together with beloved Chet Atkinsl   March 30, 2010
T. B. Haeser (Gorinchem, the Netherlands)
On this record we hear the young Tommy together with the legend Chet. It's a well balanced record of the Chet Atkins Style , bringing in new variations by Tommy. Still a diciplinned Tommy.
You can understand that Tommy developped his own style on the basis of Chet. Compare newer recordings of Tommy solo and you can hear the tremendous musical leaps Tommy has made.
