More like 3 & 1/2 stars, actuallyJuly 19, 2010 Shemp-Masta-Flash(Chicago USA) Raul Malo's vocals are, as usual, fabulous and boss...EXCEPT on many songs he is SO darn melodramatic he makes Tom Jones sound subtle/chilled-out by comparison. This is good, true, but I miss the lean/sleek twang of the Mavericks.
